BLACKSTONE’S FIRST GLOBAL TRAC SYSTEM TO BE DEPLOYED INTERNATIONALLY
Blackstone (www.blackstoneonline.com), one of the nation’s leading providers of electronic prepaid products and services announced today the purchase of the Global TRAC system by Global Enterprises and Financial Projects for deployment in the Caribbean. Blackstone’s chief technology officer, Angel Pacheco, says “The Global TRAC System hosts, manages and delivers e-PIN products for any organization’s prepaid telecommunications needs. By using our patent pending software, companies around the world are able to replicate Blackstone’s success in their countries. In this scenario, the client will be using Hypercom ICE 5500 terminals with Blackstone’s proprietary software which will communicate with the Global TRAC system to dispense product.” According to Carlos Rancano, president of Global Enterprises, “In addition to being the official revenue collection agency for Jamaica’s utility companies (telephone, water, cable and electricity), our client also provides other services including check cashing, money transfers, and bill payment for insurance, credit cards and traffic violations. The company will begin a beta test of the e-PIN delivery and payment system at their locations in the coming weeks. At the conclusion of the beta test, we will begin a full roll out throughout Jamaica by year-end.” Global TRACS, Blackstone’s high speed-volume transactional accounting system, offers a complete turnkey solution to internationally based companies seeking e-PIN solutions in a variety of industries, such as enhanced billing systems, transaction processing, e-business and innovative business solutions. In addition to the licensed software, Blackstone provides each client with the necessary hardware configured to the sizing, technological capabilities and needs of the client. “This is the first of many programs Global Enterprises is developing and implementing for companies located in Honduras, Costa Rica, Ecuador and Guatemala,” adds Rancano, “the Global TRAC system brings proven technologies providing unprecedented value and convenience to international companies seeking ways to secure existing financial resources and create new revenue sources.” Global Enterprises and Financial Projects, Inc.
