BLACKSTONE POS COMPLETES 20 MILLION PREPAID TRANSACTIONS
Blackstone (www.blackstoneonline.com), a pioneer of the prepaid telecommunications industry, announces the successful completion of 20 million prepaid transactions via the patent pending Blackstone POS terminal.
The Blackstone POS successfully integrates the sale of prepaid products and services – including long distance calling cards, wireless recharge cards, gift cards/gift certificates, home phone service, traffic school, international cellular service, etc. – with the processing of all major credit cards, ATM/debit/EBT cards and check guarantee & verification services.
According to Janet Sancho, director of business development, “Prepaid sales from the POS terminal have been growing exponentially over the past year – and much of the increase is due to POS merchants who had never sold prepaid products before. These merchants have embraced our all-in-one solution which converts what was previously a cost center into a profit center. In the coming months, we are projecting even more transactions with the addition of several new prepaid products and services from national retailers and service providers.”
A pioneer of the prepaid telecommunications industry, Blackstone is currently one of the country’s largest providers of prepaid products and services with over 300,000 retail locations nationwide. Established and headquartered in Miami, Florida since 1995, Blackstone provides innovative solutions to local, national and international companies seeking to maximize their full potential – from calling cards, wireless recharge cards, gift cards, POS terminals, merchant processing, marketing & distribution to self-service, interactive kiosks – Blackstone offers a complete array of services to design, integrate and maintain high-impact, strategic business solutions via our global network of alliances and resources.
